We do not collect your banking or credit card details when you make payment on the website via PayPal. Please see the privacy policy for PayPal for further details.

For other payment methods: Records of your private banking information will not be stored after payment has been approved.

When you purchase any product, you may receive special offers or related information via the contact details you have provided. If you do not wish to participate in receiving this information, simply contact our customer service team between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm at info@hearingaidreviews.com.au and we will remove your contact details from our mailing list.

>All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reject an order, and to discontinue products without notice.
>All refunds can only be provided to the same card from which payments were made. Other methods for refunds can be made at our discretion.
>When you make an order, you acknowledge that you have the legal right to use the designated card or method, and authorise us to charge your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment is not verified, or is invalid.
>Hearing Aid Reviews Australia, does not provide refunds on any cleaning items, unless in the case the goods are faulty. Batteries can we exchanged for other items if they are unused. Return costs are paid for by the customer. Returns are allowable for credit on unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
>Any product not returned within the allowable 30 days from payment will not be able to be returned for credit or refund.
>In no circumstance shall Hearing Aid Reviews Australia be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products supplied by Hearing Aid Reviews Australia, or the website.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, terms of use, and policies at any time.

Delivery

Postage and the delivery of any product will usually take place within 2 – 5 business days once payment confirmation has been received. Orders made on weekends or public holidays may be dispatched at a later day. We expect all orders to arrive at a maximum of 10 working days from which payment for the product is approved and confirmed.

Validating Reviews

All individuals submitting a review to the website must provide a valid email address. The email address must be authenticated for the review to be accepted for submission to the site.
A review must be a true and accurate description by a hearing aid wearer, and all elements of the review questions must be completed for the review to be accepted.
Hearing Aid Reviews Australia may choose to reject a review, or request a revision to a review, if there is reason to do so.
Use of profanities in a review will automatically disqualify the review and it will be rejected by the administration team.

Free Items offer

The offer for 3 free accessories will be made via email link following the acceptance and upload of authenticated reviews on the site. This offer includes free delivery within Australia, with use of any standard postal delivery services chosen by Hearing Aid Reviews Australia.

Free items cannot be exchanged for monetary value, and can not be returned or exchanged, unless goods are faulty.

Only one free items offer per email address, and per household is permitted.
