In quiet or single voice settings there has been a marked improvement. However, even when using Restaurant program, I still have issues with attenuation to someone sitting across from me when there are multiple voices talking at the same time. Additionally, I have found it hard to find accessories for attaching hearing aids to glasses. After a short while of putting them in my ears, I do not notice them, so very comfortable. However, they are small and fall out easily. After twice losing one in very public areas, I am having to look for accessories to attach them to my glasses. Seems to be a warning for nearly all hearing aids, especially RIC or BTE models. Expensive but great sound quality improvement for cinemas, theatres and tv at home. Only in for a month now but having to think longer term retention. (Kevin S has been wearing hearing aids for 1 years. Kevin S has owned 1 pairs of hearing aids)
